  • Cold Smoked Trout Tartines 

    Cold smoked trout, fried capers, minced shallot, fresh dill, peppadews, and a sprinkle of lemon zest on a crisp crostini.  Paired with St. James Winery's Winemakers Chardonel or Public House Brewing Company's MO IPA  

Main 
Location: Public House Mezzanine

  • Ozark Valley Wagyu Petite Filet
  • Wagyu petite filet on a bed of buttery Ozark Forest Mushrooms Paired with St. James Winery's Winemakers Norton 42 or Public House Brewing Company's Flynn's Irish Red 


Dessert

  • Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cream Horns
